AIMS

• Create performance based artworks which are accessible, engaging, contemporary, innovative, vital, avant garde, and exciting to ensure that collaborators and audiences are provoked and stimulated by our work

• Create opportunities for core artists to continually develop and expand their practice/s

• Collaborate with a range of artists at different stages of their careers and from different backgrounds and create opportunities for these artist to test their boundaries

• To develop a creative learning programme in support our work and which is meaningfully interesting and stimulating

• To be entirely open to creating works for audiences of all ages and backgrounds

• To stay true to ideals of equal opportunity for collaborators and audiences


OBJECTIVES

• Undertake project opportunities which allow for collaboration with other artists

• Include elements of research and development (where appropriate) in our projects, specifically working with target audiences in advance of presenting “finished” works

• Work in partnership with other organisations who can support our practice and share our ideals

• Work on a wide scale of projects and consider all projects of equal importance

• Incorporate creative learning opportunities into our projects

• Include an element of fun throughout all our working practice

• Keep a record of all our work for monitoring and evaluation purposes
